DEFINITIONS

Gila River Resorts & Casinos may terminate any account at its discretion for violation of these Terms and Conditions, abuse or excessive use, unauthorized activities, hacking attempts, failure to provide required documentation or contact information, refusal to pay outstanding amounts owed by User, suspicion of gaming law evasion in Arizona or elsewhere, fraud related issues, dispute resolution concerns, system abuse, software manipulation.
COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS
User agrees to comply with all laws and regulations governing online activities within their jurisdiction. Gila River Resorts & Casinos operates within the regulatory environment governed by the relevant authorities in Arizona and adheres strictly to applicable gaming laws, rules, directives, guidelines, notices issued thereunder or any amendments thereto.
PAYMENT TERMS AND WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS
Wer may limit the amount of money available for withdrawal at User's request during a given period without notice. When withdrawing funds from accounts linked with Gila River Resorts & Casinos's services through a banking service provider or another method permitted by law, an additional processing fee might apply as outlined in applicable regulations.
CHANGES TO OUR SERVICES AND POLICIES
Gila River Resorts & Casinos may modify its available products and services, fees for transactions processed using our systems (including but not limited to e-commerce and promotional redemption), policies regarding account opening procedures, payment limits, loyalty program rules, eligibility criteria, promotion offers, customer service hours of operation at any time without prior notice.
DEFINITIVE GOVERNANCE
These Terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, USA and shall not be subject to or affected by conflict of law provisions; each dispute arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration administered under rules applicable at the relevant jurisdiction.
